Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki was an American political adviser who was the 34th White House press Secretary between 2021 to 2022. A member of Democratic Party, Psaki was previously the White House deputy secretary (2009), White House deputy director of communications (2009-2011), spokesperson for United States Department of State 2013-2015 as well as the White House communications Director (2015-2017). Psaki was an election contributor to CNN between 2017 and 2020. Psaki started her career in 2001 with the re-election campaigns of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki then was appointed the deputy press secretary for John Kerry's presidential campaign. Psaki was also the communications director for Joseph Crowley, a U.S. Representative, as well as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to 2006. In 2012, Psaki returned to political communications, serving as press secretary to the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. [20] Psaki was named spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11 13. [20] The speculations that she was going to replace Jay Carney White House Press secretary when he left White House in the year 21 were fuelled by her hire by the Department of State. However, Josh Earnest was announced as the replacement of Carney on May 30th, 2014. She returned to the White House in 2015 as the director of communications, and she remained until the closing of the Obama presidency.
